Safe Access

Assembly Parts
535 aluminum alloy sand casting fittings per the properties in the table below with threaded holes and stainless steelset screw inserts
- Elbow: 90-degree corner piece,
- Joints: linear union, T-shaped union, or Y-shaped union;
- Wall-mount flange: mounting piece receiving the crossbar tube.
Structural Parts
- Posts and rails: 6061-T6 aluminum tube, 48 mm (1.9”) diameter with plastic end caps.
- Stackable bases: 18.91 kg (41.7 lbs) counterweights made of cast steel per ASTM A-48 Class 30, including a 12 mm (1/2”) thick mat for roof system protection.
- Non-slip steps: Aluminum safety grating - 11 3/4” x 2”
