Fixed ladder – ACCESS
Fixed vertical ladder designed for permanent and secure access to rooftops, technical equipment, and elevated infrastructure in industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings. The ladder must be secured to the wall or support structure using appropriate anchors, such as mechanical or chemical anchors, depending on site conditions and project requirements.

General Description
Fixed ladder with side rails and non-slip rungs, which can be equipped with:
- Safety cage
- Vertical fall protection system, with rail or cable
- Intermediate rest platforms
- Anti-climb access door at the bottom of the ladder to restrict unauthorized access
- Upper platform with handrails and self-closing gate
Materials and Components
Main structure
- Available materials: aluminum, galvanized steel, or stainless steel.
- Side rails, rungs, angles, flat bars, and C-channels are selected based on ladder configuration, material, site conditions, and project requirements.
- Final profile dimensions may vary from project to project and are confirmed during design and fabrication.
- Steel/aluminum grating: Standard platform grating measures 32 mm high × 4.7 mm thick. Grating dimensions can be modified according to client requirements and project specifications.
- Load capacity: 4.8 kPa (100 psf)
- The ladder is compatible with various types of anchors, including chemical and mechanical anchors.
